Latest: Four months after completing the acquisition of Ashland’s performance adhesives business, Bostik, Arkema’s adhesive solutions division, has completed the integration of these businesses within its organization. This milestone marks an important step forward for Bostik in its ability to achieve expected synergies and growth.
As a result of the integration of Ashland’s high-performance adhesives business, Bostik has restructured its operations to strengthen its customer-centric philosophy and ability to develop innovative, more sustainable, high-value solutions in a broad range of markets, The business is now centered on four markets.

Consumer Durables combines Bostik’s traditional consumer durables business with Ashland’s structural adhesives business, strengthening the ability to develop custom solutions for high-value markets such as assembly, mobile, engineered adhesives and building components.
– The Advanced Packaging and Processing business integrates Ashland’s pressure-sensitive adhesives and lamination and coating businesses, strengthening its market leadership and geographic reach to meet the needs of global customers in the coil processing industry.
– The Hygiene, Paper and Board business combines the Bostik nonwovens and rigid packaging businesses to serve global consumer goods customers in the hygiene and end-use packaging industries.
– The Construction & Consumer business remains unchanged, serving professional and personal construction clients.
