Latest News: On the morning of August 31, Sinochem Lantian’s 150,000-ton/year lithium-ion battery electrolyte “green zero-emission” smart factory was grandly opened in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province. Sinochem Lantian 150,000 tons/year lithium-ion battery electrolyte project is located in Chengnan Industrial Park, Heping Town, Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of 900 million yuan and an area of ??104 mu. Mechanical completion was achieved in December.
During the project construction, Sinochem Lantian will continue to promote clean production methods and build an advanced electrolyte manufacturing plant that integrates “green, zero-emission, refinement, and intelligence”. According to the plan, the project implements “green electricity” technology to supply the production system with green and clean energy. The project develops a zero sewage treatment process, the recovery rate of industrial wastewater can reach 100%, and zero discharge of sewage is realized. In terms of digital intelligence, Sinochem Lantian will build a fully automatic tank cleaning, filling, storage and transportation system based on the automated production line of the first phase of the project, and use the central integrated control system to realize the production automation of the whole plant and the depth of logistics informatization Integrate to realize the whole-process, efficient, traceable and refined management from the raw and auxiliary materials end to the product delivery end. At the same time, innovative technology, the introduction of online analysis system, process batch management system, integrated management of production process, quality, equipment, logistics, personnel and other data through the information system, improve production efficiency by up to 33%.
During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, Sinochem Lantian continued to promote the “electrolyte +” strategy, and built production bases in major areas where power battery production capacity is distributed, such as Huzhou in Zhejiang, Chenzhou in Hunan, Pucheng in Shaanxi, Sichuan and Hubei, and built a combination of resources, research and development. The upstream and downstream industry chain of lithium battery materials with highly coordinated production and sales has helped China’s new energy industry strategy and the “dual carbon” goal to be successfully realized.
