The main construction contents include: methanol hydrogen production unit, acetylene generation unit, formaldehyde unit, BDO unit, PBAT unit, etc., and supporting ECS ??catalytic combustion system, BDO waste liquid incineration system, DFTO incineration system of the whole plant, sewage treatment station, desalination station , circulating water station, etc. The total investment is 2,741.42 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is about 188.88 million yuan.

Construction content: This project produces acetylene by dry acetylene unit, formaldehyde by methanol oxidation method, and further produces 1,4-butanediol (BDO) by acetylene aldehyde method. BDO, terephthalic acid (PTA), and adipic acid (AA) are used as raw materials to produce polybutylene terephthalate adipate (PBAT) by melt esterification and polycondensation.
