0.2-0.5 pphp dabco dabco dabco tl catalyst is recommended.
use level – molded foam systems
it is recommended to use 0.2-0.6 pphp dabco dabco tl catalyst in mdi systems and 0.1-0.4 pphp dabco dabco tl catalyst in tdi systems respectively.

dabco tl is a low-odor, strongly foaming tertiary amine catalyst that promotes reactions in a balanced manner;
the dabco tl catalyst partially reacts in the polyurethane foam matrix, thus reducing voc emissions and accelerating post-curing;
dabco tl can be used as a primary catalyst in the production of water-blown flexible polyurethane block foams;
dabco tl can be used in the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock foam where the line temperature will gradually increase.

storage and transportation:

packing:
