Construction content of the first phase of the project: 1. Main project: 3×40,000 tons/year natural gas to acetylene plant, 3×240,000 tons/year formaldehyde and hydrogen production plant, 300,000 tons/year BDO plant; 2. Storage and transportation project: Set up 1 hazardous chemical warehouse, 1 general chemical warehouse, 1 comprehensive warehouse, raw material tank farm, intermediate tank farm of each device, gas tank, etc.; 3. Public and auxiliary works: construction project water supply and drainage system, power supply system, Air separation plant, refrigeration station, air compressor station, central laboratory, central control room, maintenance workshop, shift dormitory, etc.; 4. Environmental protection projects: waste gas treatment measures for various installations and public works; production wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by sewage in the plant After the treatment at the station, the purified sewage from the reuse water station is discharged into the sewage treatment plant in the park for further treatment; the temporary storage room for general industrial solid waste, the temporary storage room for hazardous waste, and the noise prevention and control project;
