CS90 is a tertiary amine catalyst designed for use in chlorinated solvent foamed soft block foams to increase air flow rate, improve foam softening, balance foaming and gelling for improved control, also soluble with other blowing agents.

Product use:

CS90 is a composite tertiary amine catalyst specially developed for soft block foaming with chlorinated solvent foaming;

CS90 provides excellent performance in dichloromethane flexible box foams and other traditional foaming systems, such as, increased aeration, enhanced foam softness, better balance between foaming and gelation reactions, easier control, and compatibility with other blowing agents;

CS90 is suitable for suitable for medium-high density, high resilience, slow resilience sponge, in the medium-high density can provide good tolerance, the activity is 1.4 times that of A33, the dosage is about 0.6 parts of A33.

180KG/drum Storage: It is recommended to store in dry and cool area with proper ventilation. Please fasten the package cover as soon as possible after the original packaging to prevent moisture and other substances from mixing and affecting the performance of the product. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and reuse them after washing. Maintain good hygiene practices.
